3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain account confidentiality
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally and responsibly

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access attempts
• Uploading malicious content
• Violating applicable laws
• Disrupting platform operations

5. Data Ownership

Societies retain ownership of their data. Society SaaS only stores and processes data to provide services.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees, where applicable, are payable in advance and may be subject to change.

7. Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Society SaaS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content remain the property of Society SaaS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
